Recently, we partnered with Digital Foundry NK to modernize the control system on one of our legacy stamping presses. The goal? Eliminate unnecessary downtime, improve diagnostics, and give our team better visibility into die protection and press performance.

Through a custom PLC-based solution, Digital Foundry helped us move beyond outdated systems and into a smarter, data-enabled setup that integrates seamlessly with our floor operations. From custom fault codes to touchscreen interfaces and historical data logging, the result is a robust control system that’s already improving uptime and helping us catch issues before they impact production.
